Twice every month, on the second and fourth Sundays, a team of psychiatrists and doctors visits Chittadhama. Every resident is reviewed in person — progress assessed, treatment adjusted, and the slow work of recovery and family-tracing discussed case by case.
On the same days, the centre runs its free psychiatric outpatient clinic for the surrounding villages. Patients and their families from across H.D. Kote Taluk come for consultation, follow-up and free medicines, with arrangements made for Disability Certification at KR Hospital, Mysuru, for those who are eligible.
